What is a bifold door?
Made from a series of panels, bifolds are contemporary-styled doors that slide open and fold up neatly against the wall. A bifold door opens in one quick motion, giving you the full view and access to what is behind. Normally seen as external doors, bifold doors can be used inside the house too.
Many savvy Plymouth homeowners use them to split up large rooms, so as not to lose the light or the sense of space. A traffic door could also be integrated to make them just as practical in the winter as they are in the summer. A traffic door is a door that is incorporated into the bi-folding mechanism but has a more traditional opening, allowing you to go in and out without having to open the bifold door entirely.
